Terms of warranty

1. Warranty applies only to elements cut out of zirconium dioxide blanks produced by Robocam company.

2. To take the necessary steps complaint must contain a description of the medical incident, code of the material (can be found on the package), the damaged component or it's parts, initial situation and scans of the project.

3. Warranty applies to material from which parts were cut in the form of prosthetic crowns, bridges, beams and parts of derivatives.

4. Warranty does not apply to mechanically damaged elements (accidents).

5. Buyer is obliged to check the external condition of the product (no visible damage).

6. Buyer is obliged to inform in writing the supplier of the apparent defect or medical incident within a period not longer than 7 days from the date of disclosure.

7. Cut prosthetic parts must be made in accordance with generally accepted technique for designing and processing of zirconium dioxide. Connecting the bays to the wall of the crown should have a minimum area of 16 mm2 in joining the side section and 12 mm 2 in the front. Transition bays - the wall of the crown should be funnel-shaped and slightly thickened. Finishing of the sinterised elements only with water cooling.

8. Prepared prosthetic components should be properly seated in the mouth while maintaining all the rules of cementing. It is recommended to fit the structure free from stress. It is advisable not to change constructions wall thickness in dental surgery.

9. Supplier warrants to the subject in a period of 60 months from the delivery date of the product to the buyer, unless the Parties have agreed a different period of warranty in the contract or the warranty card.

10. Robocam company guarantees return of the material or cutting new construction in the Robocam milling center after receiving all relevant documents proving the medical incident. For this purpose, please contact with our company.

11. Robocam company is obliged to fulfill the obligations of the guarantor, as a result of the recognition of complaints as soon as possible and in appropriate way.Repairs may be performed directly by the supplier or through selected third parties by the supplier (service). If the claim proves to be unjustified, it costs associated with the arrival of the representative of the supplier borne by the purchaser.

12. Provider liability is limited to the warranty of the product sold or the replacement of the product free from defect disclosed and documented during the complaint procedure.The Suppliere decides how to remedy a defect.

13. Other claims of the Buyer are excluded, in particular, claims for damage arising not in the subject of delivery, unless the Buyer can prove intent or gross negligence of the Supplier

14. Jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising under this agreement is a court proper for the registered office of Robocam company.
